I was hung up on after waiting over one hour on hold by Ivan. I followed all instructions and submitted photos of the defective item, and he hung up on me after all that. Just terrible customer service, at least by him.

I received a large order that was missing an item. Couldn't reach customer service.

No one helped me thru the text app. Called back many times to find out wait time was 113 minutes. Finally one gave the option for a call back. After 3 hours I received a call from customer service.

Finally a person!!! She was excellent in resolving my issue.

I should receive a replacement for the lost cushion set. I feel confident that I will!!!
