I ordered a pillow from the store on Dec 10th and was told it would arrive in a 3-5 days. Called a few days later and was told 7-10 business days.

10 business days equals Dec 23rd. Called again on the 23rd and was told it was being sent overnight and would arrive on the 24th. Item didn't arrive until the 27th of Dec. Issue that I have is the item comes out of a warehouse in New Jersey, but the order wasn't sent to FedEx and shipped from NJ until Dec 22nd.

I was eventually told the item was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Original person didn't say that. Even with that knowledge, it didn't arrive on time. See attached picture as proof.

This is a bad business practice. BBB offered a small discount as compensation.
