I contacted BBB where item was originally purchased but apparently it is a third party called Kitcheniva. The item was an 8 slot mahogany desk top eyeglass box with a glass top. The BBB telephone receptionist gave me the phone number to this company to resolve this...

Cancel payment

I tried to cancel a payment scheduled for 03/04/23. They could not see that I made that payment in their system. So I have to wait until the end of the month before it goes through. I don't believe them. I can't wait to cancel this account.

User's recommendation: Don't make a payment until you check and see if it was paid already.

No satisfaction

I have never received my refund for a product I returned. Was unable to talk to a customer service agent. I have received no resolution to this problem

They took care of my problem when I called the Chattanooga store. Thanks to Alesia and Glavin.

First I was charged but I never received my stuff. Then when I called the customer service I got nowhere. But when I called the Chattanooga store ,they were very helpful and concerned. Thanks.

the worst customer service I have ever used in my life I bought 3 items per line and none of the items were what I ordered I tried to contact customer service I never could it is the worst experience I have had buying from an online store I do not recommend it I lost my money the items came with defects and I could not return them I do not recommend that store I will never buy in that store very bad experience

Nothing in store

I understand now I see that a lot of your stores are going out of business. I was very disappointed when I walked in the store and it was just bare. Then I couldnt get your website to cooperate with me. You guys are better than this.

Delivery 3 days late

Bought a gift for my daughter and was suppose to arrive on 12/22/2022 now says on the 27th totally unacceptable now my daughter has no gift to open on Christmas...thanks for making it easier to never buy from this place never again

I was having problem placing an order

The customer representative was rude and I have to yell at him for not being helpful it seems to me that he doesnt want to be there I ended up going back to using my IPad and placed the order.

Credit card issue

I recently opened an account approximately 1 to 1 1/2 months ago ans have yet to receive a card or bill and I figured there had to be a payment due by now so instead of waiting I took upon myself to call and make a payment. U was correct a payment was due on move 21st, 2022 but I had not idea of the due day as I had not received anything yet. Hopefully the late payment fee will be waived as I was not late due to me rather due to the fact I havent received and bill or card yet.
